1. When using Dropcam in your products - does the night vision still work?

Yes it does. Our team of product designer and engineers made sure that the night vision capability of your camera is not impacted when using Dropcessories. 

2. Are Dropcessories compatible with Dropcam PRO and Dropcam HD?

That can be different from product to product. Please refer to the individual products descriptions for more information.

3. Does using Dropcam in your products impair the Wi-Fi connection?

No it does not. Our team made sure that the materials we use have a very low attenuation coefficient. If you would like to place your camera a little further away from the router we recommend the use of a Wi-Fi range extender.

4. How long does shipping take?

We ship your products immediately after receiving your order and if you live in the US, you will receive you items in 1-4 days after placing your order.

If you should need your items urgently please send us an email to contact@dropcessories.com and we will try to arrange express shipping. 

5. How do I change my order?

If you wish to amend your order, please send us an email to contact@dropcessories.com

6. How can I return or exchange my products?

We have a 14-Day return policy. Please get in touch with us via email (contact@dropcessories.com) or via our contact form and you can return your item for up to 14 days after receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price. 

7. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges vary according to the weight of package and the location of the customer. Shipping charges are displayed are calculated at the end of the checkout process.
